you are absolutely right, Sephiroth is the man in the wheelchair, the "sephiroth" that is in action is either supposed to be sephiroth's son or a better clone of sephiroth(if you played through the game you would know what i am talking about). The part where it shows sephiroth walking through the flames is the exact same part from the game where sephiroth walked through the flames, a sort of flash back. I can guarantee you the guy that cloud is fighting is not sephiroth though, he looks almost just as as old as Cloud which cannot be. Thats just my opinion from watching the trailers.
