I hate this. I really do. It's just some Feminist way of trying to get around being called a Bitch. I can be in control of myself and not let people walk all over me without being labeled a bitch. It's just not needed.
I get tired of the trend of guys online who jump all over a girl who has a differing opinion of her. It doesn't happen so much here, but I've seen it in other places. The reply is usually "Oh well you're just a fat ugly bitch anyway." It's obnoxious.
How can it stop? Lead by example. Don't like the words? Don't use them. And when your friends use them, let them know how you feel about it. Maybe they'll come around too.
