Bitch is just an acronym for Babe In Total Control of Herself, why is that derogatory? I generally take it as a compliment to be called a bitch, means I'm not letting someone walk all over me, and am standing up for myself.
It's just a word, whether the word Bitch, Whore, Cunt, whatever is used, it's the meaning behind the word that's derogatory, not the word that's being used.

Come on.. you can say whatever you want about doing her- are you doing her a favor? No, she'd be doing you the favor.
