Running is the best way to get a good workout. I train with a heart rate monitor, to make sure I get the proper workout. When I work 12 hour days , sometimes I
walk briskly for 2 miles; but I do not get the same cardiovascular work out as I do
from running. Start jogging and try to do
!/2 mile then build up slowly. You should
try to exercise a least 3 days a week or
more to get benefits from running.
