Nah. Nursing assistants (or nurse's aides) do the "hands-on" work in hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living facilities. They transfer residents/patients, assist them with activities of daily living such as showering, eating, etc. They take care of the basic hygiene and needs of those who cannot do it for themselves.
