Do you sleep on your back, face up?

Try sleeping on your side or on your stomach for a while and see if the dreams stop, or stop being so vivid.

Failing that, set some time aside before you go to bed for some total relaxation. Even if it means going to bed a little later than usual, a good sleep is always better than one interupted by nightmares.
