If you look in the back of a Merriam Webster's Collegiate Dictionary, there's a section titled "Foreign Words and Phrases" that has a few pages of phrases, some Latin. My favorite: "Parturiunt montes, nascetur ridiculus mus." "The mountains are in labor, and will bring forth a ridiculous mouse."
