Migaloo is a big celeb here... a little while ago whale watchers were scared that something might have happened to him (and looking at the scars, maybe something did) since he came through the migration late... but there he is this year... in love!!!
what an incredible beast.
btw, i think that fine for getting too close is WAY to small.
