As said above
Make sure you have tight underwear or a jock and wear them for three or four days.
Avoid walking on hard surfaces as much as possible (to avoid jarring).
MAKE SURE YOU GET IT TESTED-- Mine grew back and I wound up with a second child --but that is another story.
