Its funny, Im 22 and recently went to the doctor because I have the same pains you describe. I got a EKG and x Rays and he said everything is fine. He said maybe I should take a stress test, but I dont have the 500$ for it, besides, i think he is just trying to rip me off.
Whats wierd is that my chest pains started only a few days after I quit smoking.
