the first and last time I was in New York city for Fleet Week '98 (great time to be in Dress Whites
) the ticket price to see Godzilla was somthing like $10-12+. Damn painful when you are used to $4-5 at the most with the military discount in Florida, and even more painful after the film started.
I also paid a similar amount at an older and more intimate theatre for Gwyneth Paltrow's
Sliding Doors which was worth every penny and one of the best overall I have seen in awhile.
