Eugeni: coz you didnt understand it, I guess. Ok, its like this, a boss without any "emotional intelligence" is usually an asshole who is not fun to work for. One WITH "emotional intelligence", even a small amount, is usually someone who treats his employees with respect, and therefore is good to work for.
