Here's another way to look at that. Nobody ever "thought up" a porn subgenre. It's not like somebody sitting in an office in the Valley had a lightbulb go on one day and thought, "Hey, I know! I'll make midget-amputee-keyring-whiteboard-stringcheese porn!"
For every porn subgenre, there's a category of fetishist in the world who buys it. Pornographers aren't stupid--they don't make stuff that doesn't have a market.
So I add to the mix: Who's sicker, the man who makes the porn, the woman who performs it, or the guy who buys it?
