Vegetarian Meal of the Week 6/20
I don't know how many vegetarians we have here, but there are at least a few. When I first became vegetarian several years ago, one of the hardest things was finding easy to make meals that actually tasted good. As a college student, cost was probably the biggest factor as well.
So to help out any new vegetarians and to prove to all you meat eaters that not all vegetarian meals are just brown gack, I present to you the vegetarian meal of the week:

Easy-Ass Burritos
Ingredients:
* tortillas
* refried beans
* cooked rice
* mashed potatoes
* chedder cheese/soy cheese
* salsa
Mix the beans rice and potatoes in a bowl. Spoon some onto the top part of a tortilla. Add some cheese and salsa to taste. With the tortilla in front of you, fold the top part of the tortilla down, then about an inch of the left side over, then the top down again, then an inch of the right side and finish rolling the top down. Microwave for about a minute and eat.
