I use the Canesten too, and had a mild one during the week that went away with only one dose of the stuff. And I only ever use a non-soap wash for my vaginal area. The one I use is called Pinetarsol, which is a gel. I find if I use soap the whole area turns into itchy/scratchy hell.
So....no soap!
