It depends on what type of game I am playing. If the game is slow (RTS, RPG, Strategy), and I lose; I will usually say something light and simply reload. If the game is an on-line FPS and I die, the string of profanity that exits my mouth could almost be considered art.
The one exception is games that don't let me save when I choose. When I die just before I finish a mission in GTA:VC, I will usually curse a significant bit too.
