I'll agree with Machine Gun Fellatio. Their song "Dirty Fucking Whore" makes me crack up every time I hear it.

Lately though, I've been getting into some less mainstream Aussie groups. Two are:

http://www.xavierrudd.com/ -- Xavier Rudd. Plays guitar, digeridoo, drums, and more. Pretty good. Has done a tour in US + Canada I think, but not that well known yet.

http://www.rambunctious.com.au/ -- Rambunctious. A friend of mine got me into them, and I love them. Kind of Jack Johnson like, to give you an idea of their music. Heavily on my playlist at the moment.

I will add more later (I'm thinking tism, Sonic Animation).
