Why do people continue to live in natural disaster hot spots?
After reading this Midwest Digs Out From Tornadoes; 37 Dead , makes me wonder why humans continue to live in places where natural disasters are happening on a regular basis. Wouldn't someone figure out "hey it's not safe to live here, maybe we should find a safer place to live.." . What do you think?
