Upon giving Tri Repetae++ further listening, I really like it. There is a definite evolution in sound. They seem to have eschewed the more upbeat sounds from "Amber" and are exploring the possibilities of noise and chaos. I really like the whole album, but I've been listening to the 2nd disc more. I would highly recommend the new to rococo rot. album. Think of it as a bit of Music has the Right to Children mixed with some Amber. It is a very laid back "come play with me" type album.
What new Venetian Snares is this you speak of? I've been thinking of buying Doll Doll Doll because of the song "All the Children are Dead." Fucking insane that song is.
*edit* checked out the skimo.com site. Not impressed. Their selection doesn't appear to be that great, and what I did find that I was looking for was used. I don't like used stuff; I don't like knowing other people have touched my shit.
