I have a few close girlfriends.. but it seems I tend to only trust/get along with the ones that have long term boyfriends. I've been burned recently by someone who was a friend .. who decided to essentially steal my boyfriend.
However, I'm with alot of the ladies here .. I enjoy talking about more manly things. I like sports, cars.. and I don't mind getting teased occasionally about my feminine aspects. Many of my guy friends enjoy me being 'one of the boys' and just being able to have a good time with them. I'm sure a few of them are interested in me .. and I have dated a good guy friend of mine before. It ended fine .. and I wouldn't think of it as a bad experience.
My only negative thing with that is my guy friend's girlfriends just loathe me. They think I'm out there to steal them away, but I would never do that to someone .. I guess many of those girls don't feel the same way I do about being cheated on/cheating with someone in a relationship.. its SO WRONG!
Woah, tangent : ) I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who throughly enjoys male company on a mostly platonic level!
