if your just eatting the whites i take it your eatting them for protein. you could eat tuna, chicken, turkey or just have a protein shake.
is there a reason you are skipping on the yolks? if you dont like just the whites you could easily have them with the yolks without any ill affects. i personally eat 5 whole eggs and 3 whites for breakfast and another 3 whole eggs and a cup of whites before bed.
