Looks like you are running Apache 1.31, check if your httpd.conf (probably in /etc/httpd/) has the following line in it:
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .phtml
I wonder, is it your server or are your hosting your site at some other location? If you have shell access you might try running 'php -v' and check the output of that.
