yeast infections tend to happen when you are on meds- especially antibiotics. Also, if you don't cleanse at least once a month. consider those 2 factors. the best thing to do is to see a dr.
a good preventive way is to take acidopholus every day. but if you do get one, i'd just take monostat. it's worked for me before.
