I get pretty persistent yeast infections, so one-dose products by themselves usually don't work. I usually do two of those (one now and one in a week) and take the yeast fighter pills I mentioned in the UTI thread, or azo yeast, or acidophilus. One shot of diflucan never knocks it out, either - I usually have to hit it with everything (diflucan AND OTC treatment AND supplements) for it to go away completely.
