It really takes a long time to lose weight, but it is worth the commitment to do so. First impressions have become so important in this world. Congratulations on your commitment to the gym. I, too, worked out for many years without seeing a discernible weight loss, and then realized that my problem was my sweet tooth and portion control (my hobby is cooking).
