Are they repeat infections? Have you seen a Dr about it? It's recommended that you see a Dr at least for a primary diagnosis. They there's no problem with diagnosing yourself later.
As for the medications. I hate the 7 day meds, simply because I can't wait that long to have sex again.
The 3 day meds are ok.
I tried a 1 dose med the last time and it worked GREAT. I was quite impressed. I did not like the cream that came with that combination pack though. The cream was irritating to me.
