Ok dig this dude.
You can construct a set of anything right, as a mental construct. Such as the set of all humans ok. I'm in that set, you're in the set and so forth. Then you could have a set like 'the set of all sets', which means ANY set that could possible exist is a member of this set, including the set of all sets, thus it is a self member.
Now, consider all the sets which are not self members, is this set a self member or not?
If the answer is yes, then it is a self member and can't be a member of the set of all sets which are not self members.
If the answer is no, then it is not a self member and thus ought to be a member of the set of all sets which are not self members...
SO I don't see how the answer could be no...
