Sudan can't seem to pass the US's test on humanitarian aid:
1. If country has valuable resource (Read: Oil) send humanitarian aid, and troops.
2. If country lacks resources but is populated by white people, send aid.
3. If country lacks resources and white people but has islamic terrorists, send troops.
4. If a country lacks resources, white people and islamic terrorists, tell the country to go fuck itself.
See, Sudan clearly falls under the fourth part of US foreign policy, and thus, Sudan can't recieve help from the US.
/That was an attempt at funny but ended up kinda of tragic.
