I am always fascinated by the ones that get away. BTK for instance just turned back up and is baffling everyone again. I'm from Wichita, KS and he's the quintessential boogeyman there.
In case you don't know, BTK stands for bind, torture, kill. He killed a whole family and has now taken credit for another later unsolved murder. They don't even know for sure that it's a single person, could have been more.
Ed Gein is a good one, he's the one they loosely based the movie TCM on, right?
