1. Who are they voting for? Does it matter? I'd love to think that Americans can respect a dead President, and still make an informed decision come November. If Reagan were Bush, we would have invaded Russia... or at least Iran.
2. Yeah, I think Carter has earned all the respect he'll be given at his death with all his international peacekeeping efforts, even if they don't all work. Just about everyone respects Carter the MAN, if not Carter the President. Additionally, I think Clinton will have a huge outpouring of support when the time comes. History will remember 2 terms and his charm much more than it'll remember him banging some skank. Besides, we'll have much worse scandals by that time, I imagine.
3. You're nuts. Completely insane. CNN.com, widely considered to be a liberal news source, has had Reagan's death and funeral as its front page headline since it occured. Reagan has recieved equal and honorable attention from many differing sources, including many who wouldn't have agreed with his policies.
