Blatantly obvious TO YOU. I don't think it is all that much of a coincidence that McDonald's has recently announced it will no longer be offering the Super-Sized option. They have also started offering their Healthy Choice options - veggie burgers, whole wheat buns, salads, Grilled Cheese and apple slices for kids...
The point of the film is to underscore the point that Fast Food is bad for you.
