Your burning program should have the option that you can choose the DVD filesystem to be DATA and/or ISO9660. Then just drag&drop/add/whatever. Add Joliet to that and you can use longer names on files (like in modern filesystems).
Absolutely the same as in burning CD's. Just some extra space.
