I say if it makes you unhappy.....then get rid of it.
I am italian and I have some hair on my arms. I use Nair or shave it depending on the time I want to spend on it. No one can even tell it was there. I just recently told my BF and he had no clue that I even had hair there. The hair on the rest of my body that I dont like also gets shaved. Fortunately I don't have to deal with back hair, but I would suggest getting someone to Nair you or using Laser Hair Removal. I think you will be very happy with the new smooth you.
