This seems to have gone from being ultra-policed by mods to the other end of the scale, ie the reposted jokes are probably 30-40% nowadays.
While I thought the previous regime was too strict in that it made people hesitant to post for fear of getting slapped for reposting, I think the present situation needs a (small) bit of control.
