Do you have any pets at home? Sometimes you can develop an allergy that you never had before. Or are you using different detergents, parfumes, candles, or something at home? Do you live near fields with wildflowers?
I always have fits at my parents place in the spring when their popple trees pop their fuzz. I also have trouble when I get around fresh eucalyptus branches. Just see what's different about your environment at home from your one at work, and what has changed at home to bring this on. You could get by without having to spend money on meds unless it's something you can't change. You'll know what it is exactly though.
