I have the exact same mobo and it is doing the exact same thing to me. It sounds like a wounded moose. It is especially bad if I turn off my comp for a time and then turn it back on. Very annoying. I'll prolly just get a new mobo as I need a new case anyway. Waste of money yes, but I don't have the patience to send it in for repair and be without a pc for however long.
Everyone else I know who has this board of course love it and have absolutely zero problems.
