the file is a movie i downloaded(718mb) and i cannot delete it. (being used by another software) i don't know exactly why i cannot delete this shit file. i'm gonna try a boot disk.
and i did a checkdisk, defrag, virus scan, etc... it's just when i click that fucking file that it starts bugging out.
