also congratulations to you both ... i like running but i prefer a mountain bike

i did a 3 hour 25 mile bike ride on Monday. in the rain. i got up this bitch of a hill without having to get off, even though my bike is in poor shape. i went down a bitch of a track without falling over, even though it was made up of rocks. i made it back even though i was cold and wet and tired, and had done a 10 mile ride the previous day

damn i'm good
