I started running again regularly about two months ago after about 7 years of relative inactivity. Trying to run 3 times a week now but I had to take a break for a week because my knee was really bugging me (had surgery on it about 4 years ago). After letting it recover I went out and ran a good 2 miles up and down hills and finally felt my stride really holding together like it used to when I ran 30 to 40 miles a week. It really is a great feeling when you reach one of these "milestones".
