I would suggest seeing a doctor. I don't know if you'll find anything over-the-counter that will be very effective, but a doctor might be able to give you a perscription for a heavy duty antipersprant.
I had a thyroid disorder and after I got it fixed I sweated uncontrolably. I went to the doc and he was able to give me some stuff the really helped a lot.
