MerKon4: Thanks for the kind words. I totally understand what you mean about the difference between art meant for the traditional gallery space, and that which is meant for tattooing. However, it's nice to finally see some tattoo art making its way into the mainstream (check out Juxtapoz magazine for some good examples).
And yeah, I know exactly what you mean about the tattoo chrome, I do believe. I've got a chrome tribal piece on my arm, and it's actually just a combination of blue, white, brown, and black carefully drawn/shaded to look like the reflections of chrome (if you check out the blade of the razor, the signature on the fish, and the superman symbol you'll see that I use a lot of the chrome technique in my work).
