worth looking at the above ^^^ here's a few points that occur though
1 get the stance right (feet about shoulder width apart, legs slightly bent)
2 nice and smooth, don't jerk the weights, don't lock joints out (can put a lot of stress on the joint)
3 warm up with light weights, don't go for glory too early on
