well - here is the "bad" news
For forms you have to fill out a lot, it is pretty ideal. You add in form fields and then you can fill them out.
The thing is that for a form that you are only doing once, it is a bit of a pain in the ass. It is not too bad if you know your way around, but the first time, you might not like it.
The best way I can think of is if you are just doing general data entry in the fields, make one form field (Tools, advanced editing, Show Form Toolbar - select the form tool and create one zone and set up the properties to allow alpha numberic entry and say 30 or so charatchters) Then copy that field and paste it over and over on all the places you need a field to fill. You may need to do some resizing. Oh yeah - specify a font size so that resizing a field will not get you a huge or a small font after resizing (default is automatic sizing) .
Then when all the fields are in place, you can select the hand tool and click on your first field. After each field, you should be able to hit tab to get to the next field if you put them on in order.
Sounds like a lot, but it is really not too bad. If this were a form you did more often it is way worth it.
30 pages just to do ballet? Damn lawyers. . .
