Those are 60 email addresses. Its cheap for them to do, so they throw it in to try to attract customers. You can give them to friends, family, whatever.
And yeah, you usually upload by FTP--thats the standard way of doing it.
The domain name will stay like that, it isnt going to redirect unless you tell it to.
