As far as troubleshooting - I am pretty unhappy with 6 but I will do what I can. A lot of problems come from an install of Acrobat on top of something else - either a previous version or the Free Reader. Their QA dept should really try all permutations before release, but that is their fault.
As you might expect, I would recomend you uninstall all acrobat software and then reinstall. That may do it.

thanks buddy, the problem is that I've since wiped the free reader clean and still to no avail, the form is my daughter's application to the ballet school the damn thing is 30 pages long, not really an option to fill it by hand,
so I did a clean installation, still no go, searched the Adobe forums pretty thoroughly, still no go,
please help me
