Ensure that you are using a postscript capable printer to create the postscript. That will make things simpler.
Once you have created your PDF, open it in Acrobat (previously known as Acrobat Exchange) and then read up on Forms. You'll be creating an FDF, the Acrobat Fod\rm Document Format.
I don't use them, so you'll need to rely on the Acrobat Docs for more assistance. They do work pretty well once you get the running.

thanks man, but I am not sure if we are going in the right direction, I tried uninstalling the printer completely, and the same message, my version is legit but borrowed it from the original purchaser.
what is this RPC the printer Spooler is requiring?
my machine is brand new, running AMD 3200, enough ram and not a lot of software.
