In the Component Services, look for the Printer Spooler and set it to automatic. If it won't start, check the dependencies. Printe Spooler requires RPC.
Ensure that you are using a postscript capable printer to create the postscript. That will make things simpler.
Once you have created your PDF, open it in Acrobat (previously known as Acrobat Exchange) and then read up on Forms. You'll be creating an FDF, the Acrobat Fod\rm Document Format.
I don't use them, so you'll need to rely on the Acrobat Docs for more assistance. They do work pretty well once you get the running.
