Oh man, I had never seen George's Tickets and that shit is just pure comedy!!!

EDIT: I just read on page 18 "George is a cipher. Problems and error messages go in one end, and weird crazy shit comes out the other." 10 minutes ago and i am still dying laughing!! somone help me

4 years ago I used to work at a Helpdesk an man oh man, it would be a great dissertation subject for anyone studying Social Psych! Many users and some of the workers there were strange folks...

Some of the recorded helpdesk calls are funny as shit, there used to be some at a site called Helpdeskfunnies but that site is long gone. I found one that has some of the same clips, though:
