Please give me a hand guys, so far Win Xp has been nothing but a piece of doodoodood

I needed a PDF form filled so I got a hold of Acrobat Pro 6, when I tried installing it, the very last step is

"Starting Services", and the Service is "Spooler", then it will pop up "you don't have enough previlige to start services".

But I am already the administrator login on my machine and it's not networked in anyway, never had a problem installing other software.

Please guys, need help on this

or is there another way that I can fill a PDF form?
