College Football season is slowly approaching.
In about a week, the preview magazines will hit the stores.
In a month, NCAA 2005 will be released for the consoles.
And then, the season itself begins.
I find college football to be very exciting, and its atmosphere, rivalries, and general enjoyment level is second to none IMO.
I'm starting to read up on teams and college football in general for the upcoming season, and that gave me an idea for a topic here at the TFP.
What college football team(s) do you like, and more importantly, why do you like them?
I personally, am more interested in the reasoning behind liking a certain team than the specific team itself, just so I can get an idea of how diverse the reasons are. I assume alma-mater will be a big one, but I'm sure there are other reasons for following and being a fan of a particular team.
